I share a lot of cool informtion on this blog, but today I will share something which will help you to build your team the right way and if you are looking to build your team quickly than this will help you.

If you have ever wondered why people in your team are not as passionate as you are and why they are not producing results, then these 10 tips will sure provide you some insights.

10 Tips For Team Building

1. Do not assume that people in your team are as serious as you are about building their business. Ask them why they joined and what were their goals and act accordingly. There is no use to build a team of non-workers, so don't push people to join your business if you find they don't have what it takes to be successful.

2. Never give advice unless asked for. You need to see if they are coach-able by asking qualifying questions. Don't be a BOSS and started giving instructions before you figure out at what level are they.

3. Be Pull-y and not Pushy. Pull people towards you by asking right questions instead of pushing people with benefits of joining you in your team. People like to take their own decisions. Ask questions like => Why you joined? What you want to gain from this? Are you serious about your goals? Is freedom optional/mandatory to you? How can you attain freedom if you don't build this? Questions like this Pull people towards you.....For list of such questions you can get in touch with me :)

4. Recognise people when they join and recognise people when they achieve certain goals within your team. Recognition encourges people to do more and excites others to follow the path.

5. Instead of motivating your team, Inspire them. You can only inspire others by your ACTIONS.

6. Even if you are just starting out and do not have a team, think like You do have a Team and act accordingly. Do activities which you would do if you have a BIG TEAM. Thinking like this will trick your mind to come up with new ideas.

7. Train the Trainers. You want others to do what you do for them so that you have duplication in your team and less headache, Imagine if you are the only one making calls, doing presentations, taking one on one sessions for your team, what will happen in your absense? and what will happen when your team starts to grow, even with dozen people you will feel like you need extra hours in a day, so you need to have a duplication system in your team. So have a training system in place where people can point new reps to go when in doubt.

8. Don't just be a leader, Build leaders. Be open to let people in your downline take responsibilites and make trainings and presentations if and when required.

9. Always Invest in your and your teams' educations. When you invest in yourself you become more valuable to your existing and future team and people get attracted to you. Always strive for more.

10. Team mates must always value their and your time, they are not kids. Never let anyone waste your energy and time. You will have people who will ask all kind of questions but will never take action and even if you give them advice they don't get it (happened to me all the time and its no fun I must tell you :) ). Always give them homework, and tell them unless you finish this task you can not speak to me, afterall learning is in doing. You need to protect your time and energy for the right task and for team mates who will value your time and take your advice seriously.

These are the top 10 tips I have for you, Go through my other posts for more valuable information and if you want to ask anything specific then you can shoot me an email and I will answer that for you.
